Obituary

Latisha (Tish) Nicole Freeman, age 45, of Racine passed away unexpectedly August 31, 2022 at her home.

She was born  April 1, 1977, in Racine the daughter of  Willie Charles Freeman and  Margaret (nee:Stills) Sacotte. She graduated from Washington Park High School in 1995.

She was a very devoted  mother to her only son, Keyshawn Freeman, whom she took care of all by herself. She loved him with everything in her. He was her pride and joy.  She liked to dance, listen to music, bowl, play softball, shoot darts, sing, and spend time with her nieces and nephews. Her smile would light up a room. No matter where she went, she was the life of the party. She was always on the dance floor, even with her bad hip and back. Tish loved to speak her mind and would let you know not to mess with her or her family. She was always your number one supporter and she never judged you.

Surviving are her beloved son Keyshawn Freeman, loving companion Quentin Carson, loving dog Cookie, mother Margaret (Stills) Sacotte, father Willie Charles Freeman, stepdad Michael Sacotte, paternal grandmother O.T. Freeman, brothers Herchell (Janella) Stills, Tarale (Diana) Stills Sr. Willie (Carrie) Freeman, Jeremy (Katie) Freeman, Sidra Freeman, Sidney (Cameal) Freeman, Darnell Freeman, Tristan Sacotte, Krysta Sacotte, Krystan Sacotte, Krystal (Justin) Sacotte-Stafford, Garrett Watson, Charles Tyler Freeman, Jalen Freeman, along with nieces,nephews, great nieces and a great nephew. She will be missed by her aunts, uncles, cousins and all those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother Edna Jackson, grandparents Warner and Irene Stills, paternal great grandparents Eteria and  Finest Freeman Sr., grandfather Finest Freeman Jr. aunt and uncle James and Winonna Freeman and her beloved dog Frankie White.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Latisha's life on Friday, September 23.  A viewing will be held in the funeral home from 9am to 11am with the funeral to start at 11am.

Service Details

Home going services will be celebrated at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, WI on Friday September 23, 2022. Viewing will be in the funeral home from 9am to 11am with the celebration following after.
