Linda Faye Beadles was born on August 30, 1942 in Mayfield, Kentucky to Will and Willie Beadles. She was the fourth of five children. The Beadles family moved to Racine, Wisconsin in 1948.

Linda graduated from Park High School in 1960. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alverno College in 1986.

While living in Racine, Wisconsin Linda worked for S.C. Johnson and J.I. Case Company, and attended Saint Paul Baptist Church. Linda moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1989 where she worked for the State of Ohio and attended Union Grove Baptist Church. Linda retired and moved to Sacramento, California in 2005 to be with her son and his family. She joined Shiloh Baptist Church on November 27, 2005.

No matter where Linda lived she was very active in her church; as a member of the choir, teaching children and adults, and supporting the church, via a number of sub-committees and auxiliaries. Linda was also active in her local community, and loved to spend time with her family, especially her granddaughters.

Linda departed this life on January 20, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents Will and Willie Beadles, her sister Martha Johnson, and her brother Robert Beadles, Sr.

Linda is survived by her son, Richard Kevin Beadles of Sacramento, California, her brothers Will (Lelar) Beadles, Jr., and Charles (Mini) Beadles, Sr. of Racine, Wisconsin, her grandchildren, Antoine Dukes of Madison, Wisconsin, Kayla Beadles of Minnesota, Tehya  Beadles, and Kendall Beadles of Sacramento, California and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives mostly in Wisconsin.  Her love was shared by many and she will be missed by many.

Linda's Homegoing Service will be held in St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, February, 4 ^th ,

At 9:30 a.m. with Bishop Lawrence L. Kirby officiating. Visitation will be in the Church on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
