~~     Lorie A. Coleman, 53, passed away in Wheaton Franciscan Hospital-All Saints on Friday, January 16, 2015. She was born in Racine on March 16, 1961, the daughter of the late Theodore and Thelma (nee: Price) Coleman Sr.  Lorie had been employed by Taco Bell. She enjoyed cooking and being with family and friends. Surviving are her children, Darrel Coleman, of Appleton, Shalana Smith, of Springfield, IL, and Naomi Coleman, of Racine; 11 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Jennifer Coleman, of Fargo, ND, and Carmela Coleman, of Racine; 3 brothers, Jerry Coleman, of Atlanta, GA, Michael Coleman, of Waukesha, and Gregory (Linda) Coleman, of St. Paul, MN. Her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive her. In addition to her parents, Lorie was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Edward, Timothy, Wayne, and Theodore Jr. Her Homegoing Service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, January 23rd at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop L.L. Kirby officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Private burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
