Lucille E. Jacobson, 59, passed away peacefully, at her residence, on Thursday, October 8, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in South Milwaukee on July 18, 1950 the daughter of the late Archie B. and Mary M. (nee: Slomka) Adams On April 8, 1994, in Racine, she was united in marriage to Robert "Jake" Jacobson. Lucille had been employed by West Business Services for over 6 years. Surviving are her beloved husband Robert "Jake" Jacobson, son James (Kristy) Boyle of Union Grove, Allison Boyle Konetzke of Appleton; and her grandchildren, Abygail Boyle, McKayla Boyle, Kevin Konetzke, Emily Boyle and Keith Konetzke; sisters, Mary Ellen (Vernon) Mallum of Wausau, and Elaine Marie (Clyde) Taylor of Milwaukee; brother, Thomas W. (Rose) Adams of South Milwaukee, and father to her children James Boyle II of Menasha. Lucille is further survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, October 12th at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Her committal service will be held in the chapel of the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove on Tuesday, October 13th at 11:00 a.m. The family has suggested memorials to either the American Lung Association or Affinity Hospice.
