Racine – Marcus L. Robinson Sr., 58, known to all as "Big Boo", received the promise of eternal life on Thursday, April 30, 2015.  He was born in Racine on March 15, 1957, son of the late Thomas and Verneda (nee: Westmoreland) Robinson Sr.

Marcus was united in marriage to the former Melinda Sykes on July 20, 2002.

Marcus leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Melinda Robinson; children, Markesha Robinson, Marcus Robinson Jr.; step-daughter, Brittney Sykes; nieces and nephews, Tommy Robinson Jr., Lonnie Grandberry Jr., Tiara Grandberry, Jessica Grandberry, Isaiah Robinson, Chacon Carter-Jefferson; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.

In addition to his parents, Marcus is preceded in death by his sisters, Leda Quintell Robinson, Anita Patrice Robinson; brother, Thomas James Robinson Sr., and step-father, Eugene Haussman.

A Homegoing Celebration for Marcus will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2015, 11:00am, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road.  Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the service.  Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
