
Marie Antoinette Smith-Marshall, Toni”, 61, was called home by her Lord and Savior, on Wednesday, July 17, 2013. She was born in Indianapolis, IN, on August 21, 1951, the daughter of the late Marvin L.B. and Mary Louise (nee: Smith-Rapier) Smith. Toni loved to bake, sew, and do anything with crafts. She was united in marriage to Curtiss Marshall in 1995. While living in Indianapolis she attended Little Rock Baptist Church and later Northside New Era Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Curtis Marshall, children, Darryl (Michelle) Griffin, Twana Daniel, Ranee (Stan) Cutrer, Rosette Marshall, Lamont (Lisa) Marshall, 8 grandchildren, Donavan, Dontrell, Finesse, Jordan, Jayla, Justin, Anton, and Shari, 4 great grandchildren, Khya, King, Camari, and Caelyn, 4 brothers, Robert Smith, Joe Smith, Wayde (Kelly) Smith, Rodger (Michelle) Smith, 3 sisters, Deborah Smith, Jonette Smith, and Marva Oakley, all of Indianapolis, IN, her soul-sister, Linda Cook, of Racine, other relatives and friends.
Her Homegoing Service will be celebrated in the funeral home on Wednesday, July 24th, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Terry Howe officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park.
