Jake leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Michael (Kathy) Turek of Kenosha; grandchildren, Shelly Turek of Racine; Karl (Sarah) Turek of Milwaukee, Jeff (Aurora) Turek of Kenosha; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Baylee, Destiny, CiPriani "Cici", James, Cade; former daughter-in-law, Sharman Hyatt; sisters-in-law, Jackie Plantz of Neshkoro, WI, Meryl Turek of Sun Prairie, WI; other nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
