Racine – Mary Ann Jackson, 60, closed her eyes to this life on Sunday, October 13, 2013, surrounded by the love of her family following a long battle with her health.  She was born in Eden, MS, on December 13, 1952, to K.W. and Mary Lee (nee: Booker) Williams.

Mary was united in marriage to her late husband George Davis in October 1972.  She was united in marriage to Roosevelt Jackson on October 12, 1995.

Mary was a graduate of Horlick High School.  She worked for many hours for many years as an assistant manager for Domino's Pizza.  Most recently, she was a school bus driver for Durham School Services until her health failed her.  Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She will be dearly missed by all.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Roosevelt Williams; four daughters, Susie Davis, Sharon Davis, Christina Davis, Nicole Davis; two sons, Christopher (Amber) Davis, Michael (Beth Ann) Davis; fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and mother, Rev. Mary Lee Gray.

Mary is preceded in death by her father, K.W. Williams; first husband, George Davis; grandson, Alex Bell; brother, Floyd Mitchell; grandparents, Austin Booker and Sally Garrett.

Mary's homegoing will be celebrated on Friday, October 18, 2013, 11:00am, at New Brighter Day Church 1225 25th Ave. (Hwy. E), Kenosha, WI, with Rev. Joseph Thomas officiating.  Visitation will be from 9:00am until the time of the service.  Cremation will follow services per Mary's wishes.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family have been suggested for Mary's two autistic daughters.

Mary's family would like to thank Racine Fire and Rescue as well as the WFH-All Saints ER and ICU staff for the care given to Mary during her time of need.  Also,  the family would like to thank Chaplin Judy at WFH-All Saints for her kind words at this sad time.
