Matthew A. Schiess, 38, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Friday, November 4, 2011.

Matthew was born in Racine on July 2, 1973.  He will be remembered as a devoted San Diego Chargers fan with a warm heart and a dear son, brother, nephew and friend.

He is survived by his parents, Joan and Mark St. Martin of Racine; sisters and brother, Michelle, Jamie, Holly and Markie St. Martin; grandparents, Mary Ann Stefka, Dick and Barbara St. Martin; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are invited to meet at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. for a service remembering and celebrating Matt's life.  There will be time to meet with his family from 5-7 p.m.  A private interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
