Maude Patricia Herd, known to all as "Pat", 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, surrounded by the love of her family.  She was born in Texas on November 8, 1939.

She was united in marriage to the love of her life, George Herd, on September 15, 1958. George preceded her in death on January 12, 2010.

Pat was a data entry operator for Citicorp until her retirement.  She enjoyed shopping and gardening.  Pat loved to find a good bargain at garage sales.  She absolutely adored all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including the fury four-legged ones as she loved animals.

Pat leaves to cherish her memory, her children, George (Susan) Herd, Tami Allison, John (Becky) Herd; grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Trisha, Eric, Cory, Amanday, John; 17 great-grandchildren; and brother, Howard Bass.

In addition to her parents and husband, Pat is preceded in death by her daughter, Virginia "Jenny" Martin.

Services for Pat will be private for the family.
