May H. Yee, aged 93, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, passed away on June 14, 2024. Born on December 29, 1930, in Canton, China, she was the cherished daughter of the late On Cheung and the late Nee Cheung. May was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt who will be deeply missed by her surviving family members: Linda (Yee) and Tom Leonard, William and Fong (Lem) Yee, Irene (Yee) and Frank Trecroci, Weklen and Salina (Hou) Yee, and George and Sarah (Anderson) Yee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Yee. May is survived by twelve grandchildren: Zachary Brown, Alexander Brown, Daniel Yee and Natalie Jipson, Connie (Yee) and Casey Profita, Anthony and Julia (Mauer) Trecroci, Andreus Trecroci, Anna Yee, Marissa Yee, Natalie Yee, Mason Yee, Tyler Yee, and Ella Yee.
May had a fulfilling career as the former owner and proprietor of the Oriental Inn along Kenosha's waterfront. Her dedication and hard work made the Oriental Inn a beloved establishment in the community.
In her leisure time, May enjoyed knitting and playing bingo, hobbies that brought her joy and allowed her to connect with others who shared her interests.
May H. Yee will be remembered for her loving nature, strong family values, and dedication to her career. She leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will forever be treasured by her family and friends. Special thanks are extended to Kenosha Brookside Care Center and Hospice Alliance for the incredible care and attention they provided to May.

A funeral service to honor May's life will be held at Draeger Langendorf Funeral Home, on Friday, June 21st at 10:45 a.m. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. where May's family and friends will gather to pay their respects and celebrate her remarkable life.
