With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Brian Litton, who left us on January 2, 2026 at the age of 61.
Mike was born on October 25, 1964 in Pensacola, Fl. Mike was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend. Mike served in the Marines and loved his country. He had a profound love of fishing, gardening and woodworking. Many times he would take fish that he caught and vegetables that he grew and turn them into delicious meals. He also loved to make pickles from his garden, as well as growing all kinds of peppers. He often shared his peppers with his family to see who could handle the heat!
Mike leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Charlotte; daughter, Michelle and son, Christopher Sierra; brothers, Robert (Salina) Litton, Mark Litton and sister Bonnie (Bob) Marcoe; many nieces and nephews. Additionally, he leaves behind his beloved dogs, Bosco and Bear. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances & Hillard Litton; brother, Bruce R. Litton; sister, Roseann M. Litton; nephew, Ricky Sederberg and niece, Bibi Sederberg.
As we gather to remember Mike, we invite all who loved him to share in the joy of his memory and to cherish the moments we had with him. May his love and laughter continue to echo in our hearts reminding us of the beauty of every shared moment.
In celebration of Michael's life, a memorial service will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home, on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 12:00PM. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Monday from 10:00AM until the time of service. Inurnment with full military honors will take place Monday at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring St. Union Grove, WI at 3:00PM. Those wishing to attend need to arrive at the cemetery by 2:45PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family have been suggested.
