Service Details

A Memorial Visitation for Moena will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM.

Moena Olson, age 77, passed away at Ridgewood Care Center on Monday, August 18, 2025.

Moena worked for Surgitek in Racine before moving to Menominee where she earned a business degree. She eventually moved back to Racine, living with her sister, Bonnie and her husband, Doug. Moena worked at Sam’s Club and then with Kwik Trip until her retirement. Moena’s name was as unique as she was.  She was kind, gentle and caring. She rarely spoke of herself but was interested, supportive and encouraging of others.

Moena is survived by her two children, Bernard Olson, Jr. of Milwaukee, WI and Sonya Olson of Puyallup, WA; her sisters, Bonnie (Doug, beloved brother-in-law) Kleimola of Racine, WI, and Cindy Tweedt of Racine, WI; Nieces, Kacie (Eric) Sodergren, Kindy  (Yonaton) Rouache, and Nephew Kai (Samantha) Kleimola; seven great nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Mildred Tweedt.
