RACINE – Nickolas E. Krause, 24, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 3, 2017.

Nick was born in Racine on February 27, 1993, the son of Paul and Carrie (nee: Yarrington) Krause.   He graduated from Norris High School in Mukwonago.

Nick was an outdoorsman and especially loved archery with his uncle, Scott (Lori) Yarrington.  He also enjoyed fishing, ATV riding, video games and being in the company of his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Carrie (Bob Hess) Krause of Racine; his sister, Alyssa (fiancé, Christian Benzow) Krause of Union Grove; his grandparents, Larry and Jeanette Yarrington of Union Grove; Joseph Hinds of Rome, WI; his great grandmother, Doris Yarrington of Racine; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Nick was preceded in death by his father, Paul Michael Krause on August 26, 2006; his grandmother, Diana Hinds and his grandfather, Richard Krause

Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Sunday, July 9, 2017 for a visitation from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  A service honoring and remembering his life will follow at 1:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to his family would be appreciated
