Ok Pun Cain (nee: Lee) aka Mama Cain, aka Lee (81), passed away peacefully with her family by her side on September 10, 2019.

Lee was born in Japan on August 11, 1938, to the late Sung Y (Nak) and Mal Su Lee. After World War II, her family moved back to South Korea. On March 24, 1961, Lee was united in marriage to Loren (Larry) H. Cain. They lived in many states while her husband was in the Army. After her 5th child began kindergarten, Lee began working at Jacobsen/Textron and after 25 years retired in 2001. Mama Cain also enjoyed working at 7 Mile Fair on the weekends and spending time with her siblings there. Mama Cain had a passion for cooking and making her famous egg rolls for just about anyone. Lee went back to her home town often and in 2011 while touring Seoul, was approached by a young man who asked her if he could do a video on her tour bus which later turned into a popular video/song called "Gangnam Style" Lee enjoyed playing bingo, slots, card games, bunco, but most of all the $2.00 crossword scratch offs.

What Lee loved the most was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Mike Cain, James (Tiffany) Cain, Mark (Marnie Hoffman) Cain, Dawn (Bill) Friend and Lee (Jim) Bacon; her grandchildren, Devin (Courtney) Cain, Lainie (Donnie Sr) Cain, Cody Listrom, Aiden Cain, Dylon (Mariah) Cain, Samantha (Josh) Friend, Brandon Friend, Ashley Bacon, Taner Bacon, and Terah Dehne; her great grandchildren, Ava, Valencia, Gracelynn, Cody Jr, Donnie Jr, Jada and Jaxon.

She is also survived by her sisters, Pun I. Lee, Pil Cha (Sok Kun) Kim, Kil Chae (Young Su) Shin, and her brother Kwang Chae (Kyong Suk) Lee. Lee is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Yu Cha Lee, Frances Patino, and Nancy Cain. Brothers-in-law, Ronald Cain and Norem (Myong) Cain. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins as well as a host of friends too numerous to mention by name. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, brothers Tae Jae Lee, Un Jae Lee and brothers-in-law Russell (Buddy) Cain, Isauro Patino and Darold Cain Sr.

Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday morning, September 18, 2019 for a visitation from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  A procession to the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery will follow.

A well deserved thank you to her son-in-law Bill for the extreme amount of care given to our mom.
