Aug 10, 1940 – Feb 15, 2014

Somers – Robert Joseph Biro, 73, passed away unexpectedly at the Kenosha Medical Center on Saturday, February 15, 2014. He was born in Racine on August 10, 1940, son of the late John and Rose (nee: DeRose) Biro. He was a 1958 graduate of Wm. Horlick High School. Robert moved to the Kenosha area following his discharge from the Corps, and worked many years at Ladish Tri-Clover / Alfa Laval until he retired in 1999. He enjoyed music and dancing; and sports of all kinds, especially golf, and fishing at his cottage in Oneida County. His presence and generosity blessed many around him. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his daughters, Deneen (Curt) Czosnek and Gina (Mark) Godlewski; his grandchildren, Cayla, Candace, Cameron and Stan Robert Czosnek, and Samantha Godlewski; great grandson Cayden Czosnek all of Racine; his sister, Diane (Donald) Williams in Arizona; as well as many other relatives and friends, including his former spouse, Linda Biro; and long-time companion Debra Rivard and her 6 children and 5 grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held in the funeral home at 12:30pm on Friday, February 21, 2014 with Rev. Larry Williams presiding. Interment with military honors will take follow at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin in the funeral home at 11:00am. Sorry to hear about Bob. Had a
lot of fun with him in our younger years. Jed, Bob and Tom Cullen all went in the Maries together. Sorry we are
