Robert L. Wade, 45, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2009 after losing the battle with cancer. He was born in Racine on April 16, 1964 and was the son of Thomas R. and Barbara J. (nee: Gatzke) Wade. Robert was a self-employed contractor. Surviving are his twin sons, Jonathan and Benjamin Olson, of Racine; mother, Barbara Wade, of Racine; sisters and brother, Christine Wade, of Wauwatosa, Lisa (David) Gonzales, Kathleen Wade, all of Racine, and Michael Wade; of Clearwater, FL, and paternal grandmother, Dolores Wade, of Medford, OR. Further survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Wade, maternal grandparents, Josephine Gatzke and Wilbert Gatzke and paternal grandfather, Ray Wade. In keeping with Robert's wishes, private services were held.
