Obituary

Kenosha – Ronald L. Glade, 67, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at UHS-Kenosha Campus.  He was born in Waukegan, IL, on May 10, 1948, son of the late Donald and Henrietta (nee: Harper) Glade.

Ron proudly and faithfully served his country in the United States Navy.  He had, in the past, been a volunteer member of the Pleasant Prairie Fire Department.  Ron was a machine operator for J.I. Case prior to his retirement.  He loved classic muscle cars, Bristol Renaissance Faire, and the Green Bay Packers.  Above all, Ron dearly treasured his family and will be missed by all who loved him.

Ron leaves to cherish his memory, his sons, Michael (Lisa Hade) Glade of Kenosha, Martin (Jeanetta Stahl) Glade of Kenosha; grandchildren, Ryan Feltner, Taylor Rodriguez, Samantha Glade, Ashtin Glade; siblings, Gail Litewski, Sharon (Stan) Mazur, Donald (Kathy) Glade, Robert (Connie) Glade; cousin, Dick Lundskow; four-legged canine companion, Lucky; other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

In addition to his parents, Ron is preceded in death by his sister, Joan Michna; and brother-in-law, Wally Litewski.

A celebration of Ron's life will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 from 5:30pm until 9:00pm, at the Italian-American Club, 2217 52nd Street.
