Kenosha – Ruth N. Claybourn, 94, passed away unexpectedly in her home, on Sunday, February 10, 2008. She was born in Milwaukee on December 26, 1913, the daughter of the late Arthur and Norma (nee: Piering) Stroede. On Nov. 26, 1936, in Rice Lake, she was united in marriage to Carlton C. Claybourn. The Claybourns moved to Kenosha in 2002. Surviving are her children, Charlotte (Jack) Stemper of Alamogordo, New Mexico, and John Claybourn of Kenosha; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In keeping with Mrs. Claybourn's wishes, cremation and private services were held.
