Samuel Price

Feb 12, 1939 – Mar 8, 2006

Mr. Price, 67, was called home by his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 8, 2006. He was born in Pontotoc, MS, on Feb.12, 1939, the son of the late Willie and Leora (nee: Ragland) Price. Mr. Price moved to Racine in 1960. He was a member of the Midtown Church of Christ. He had been employed by Belle City Malleable, Racine Steel Castings and the Curative Workshop, until retiring due to his failing health. He enjoyed taking walks, reading, and writing, but his two most loved possessions were his Lord and his family. He leaves to cherish his memory, a son Norman Price of Racine; his grandchildren; 4 brothers James Price, Moses (Dorothy) Price, and Joseph Price all of Racine, David ( Sudie Catherine) Price of Indianapolis, IN. His nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends further survive him. In addition to his parents, his sister Pearlene Price also preceded him in death. His Homegoing Service will be held on Tuesday, March 14th, at 11:00 a.m., in the Midtown Church of Christ, 1704-13th St., with Brother Howard Puryear officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Service. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.

Testimonials

November 13, 2019

I just can’t get over how beautiful everything was for my mom’s funeral. She had a rough last four weeks but your amazing team totally did her justice! I was pretty confused during that hard time, but Brian, you made sure that all the “I”s were dotted and all the “T”s crossed. For that, I thank you. I also would like to thank the amazing team of makeup artists. My mom looked beautiful.

Dawn
