Sandra L. Kelly, 65, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Sandra was born in Milwaukee on February 25, 1950, the daughter of the late Russell and Dorothy (nee: Tess) Kelly. Sandra was employed by Bestway School Bus Co. for over 15 years, and 5 years with Specialized Care Transport. Surviving are her husband, Brad Justin, of Mount Pleasant; daughters, Nicki (Daniel) Kelly-Rieder, of Cudahy, Shannon (Robert) Myhre, of Pewaukee; grandchildren, Tess, Ella, and Samantha; and her loving dogs, Sedona and Bo. A private service with cremation has taken place. A celebration of Sandra's life will be announced at a later date.
