Service Details

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, private services were held.

Scott Miller, 51, passed away, peacefully, in his sleep on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. He was born in Memphis, TN on January 19, 1969 the son of the late Naymond and Ida Belle (nee: Conley) Miller. Scott graduated from high school in Memphis, TN. He had been employed by the Summit Restaurant. Scott and Diane joined Christ Chapel under the leadership of Pastor Mark Gates, who preceded him in death in 2016.

Surviving are his loving companion, of over four years, Diane Williams, three brothers, Ray Charles Conley, of Racine Terry Miller,  and Donald (Kim) Miller,  all of Memphis, TN, two sisters, Essie Jackson, of Calhoun City, MS and Anne (Ronald) Russell, of Palmdale, CA special aunt and uncle, Mattie and Sam Boykin, of Racine, and special nephew, Little Wayne Miller, of Memphis. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, David Conley and Jerry Miller and grandmother, Belle Williams.

    Our prayers are with the family. We had the pleasure to transport Scott to his medical appointments. We enjoyed our conversations in the van. He will be dearly missed! Please trust and believe-To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord!

    Sorry to hear of his passing. I worked with Scott at the summit Restaurant he was always smiling and very kind. He never minded if we brought back alot of dishes or id we needed help reaching something he was always willing to help.
    The family is in my thoughts and prayers

Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly made a difference in our overall experience. In addition to their exceptional service, the funeral home also provided us with resources and support beyond the funeral itself. They offered grief counseling services and connected us with local support groups, which proved to be invaluable during our grieving process. Overall, we cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Mark, and broader, Draeger Langendorf team.
