It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sean Anthony Putzer, born on November 24, 1971, in Racine, Wisconsin. Sean left this world peacefully on February 22, 2026, at the age of 54, surrounded by the tranquility that he cherished throughout his life.

Sean was a dedicated employee of the Andis Company, where he worked as a polisher in the hair tool manufacturing industry. His commitment to his craft was unwavering, even during his illness, showcasing the resilience and determination that defined his spirit.

He was known for his love of the great outdoors, having a profound appreciation for nature that highlighted his adventurous soul. An avid fisherman and hunter, Sean found joy in archery, wielding both gun and bow with a passion that reflected his deep bond with the wilderness. Amongst the rustling leaves and the whispering winds, he found freedom and solace riding ATVs.

NASCAR fueled his enthusiasm, with Dale Earnhardt standing as his favorite icon, embodying the tenacity and courage that Sean admired so deeply. In his younger days, he also enjoyed the camaraderie of bowling, further testament to his love for connection and community.

Sean is survived by his loving mother, Cecelia Kreplelan, who will forever hold his memory close to her heart; sister, Kimberly Putzer-Weinreber; nephew, Alan Weinreber; niece, Alisha "Tony Beth" Weinreber; great-niece, Rose Leniah; aunts, uncles, other relatives, and dear friends too numerous to mention.

Sean is preceded in death by his father, Alan Putzer; and aunt, Michaeline Pier.

A memorial service to celebrate Sean's remarkable life will be held on March 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road. Prior to the service, there will be a visitation starting at 3:00 PM, where family and friends can gather to share stories, laughter, and tears, honoring the life of a man whose spirit was as bright as the sun glistening on the water he so loved to fish.  In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to DAV (Disabled American Veterans) or Toys for Tots.

In this time of reflection, we invite all who knew and loved Sean to join us in celebrating his life, a life filled with adventure, love, and an undying spirit that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to cross his path. May he rest in peace, forever in our hearts.
