Obituary

Racine- Senmeon "City" Williams, 23, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday April 10, 2008, a victim of a senseless act of violence in the streets of our community. We were blessed with his grace on October 20, 1984. Senmeon was a loving and caring person to all who knew him, especially to his children and family. He loved spending time with his children and entire family. Surviving to mourn his passing and cherish his memory are his children, Samone, Ta'Veon, Sincere, Je'Karion and Sariyah, all of Racine; mother, Gloria Rogers of Racine; father, Ray (Lenora) Willis Sr. of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Rhoshawn Harris, Diquan Rogers, Marquise Rogers, Leonta Willis, Cedric Brantley, all of Racine; and Ray Willis Jr. of Quitman, MS; sisters, LaToya Willis of Gurnee, IL; Sade Willis of N. Chicago, IL; Desiray Willis and Destiny Willis of Quitman, MS; grandmothers, Classye Rogers and Lorene Willis, both of Racine; special friend, Diane Atterbury; and by a host of many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to mention by name. City was preceded in death by his grandfather, Pork Chop Rogers; aunts, Gerry Mosley and Linda Rogers; and cousins, Torri Rogers and Saquila Mosley. A Homegoing celebration will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 11 am with Bishop L.L. Kirby officiating. Viewing will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 10-11 am. Cremation will follow the services with private burial taking place in Graceland Cemetery.
