Racine – Servando Jaimes, age 50, passed away peacefully at Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 as the result of a heart attack.

Servando was a phenomenal cook who enjoyed working at the family restaurant, Dynasty on Lathrop Avenue. Although he enjoyed playing cards and trying his luck at the casino, Servando loved spending time with his entire family and extensive circle of friends.

Surviving are his children, Maria del Carmen Jaimes, Rocio Jaimes, Cristal Jaimes, Servando Jaimes and Eduardo Jaimes; sisters and brothers, Maria (Luis) Martinez, Orlando (Evangelina) Jaimes, Jose Misael Jaimes, Eduardo Jaimes, Pedro Jaimes, Edith (Norcizo) Beltran, Gener (Gina) Jaimes, Osiel (Angelica) Jaimes, Rene (Marlene) Jaimes and Abigail (Norberto) Rapeta; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Antonia Gorosquieta Jaimes (who died over 40 years ago); father, Eduardo Jaimes Albiter (who died December 8, 2015); and sister, Maria Antonia Jaimes. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.  Visitation will be in the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon.
