RACINE – Shawn Lee Hartnek, 46, passed away unexpectedly on August 26, 2016.

He was born in Racine on December 9, 1969, the son of Lee and Nancy (nee: Hansen, Retzinger) Hartnek.

Shawn is survived by his sister, Dawn (Patrick) McKone of Oshkosh; his canine companion, Smoke; as well as other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service will be held at Green Ridge Cemetery (6604 7 ^th Ave. Kenosha) on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.  Please meet at the front gate before 11:00 a.m. and we will process in together.
