The daughter of the late Edward and Mary ( Kurhajec) Czarnowski.  On September 1 st 1956, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, James Joel Albright who preceded her in death on April 27 th 1975. Shirley raised her two children, James and Susan, with the help of her family.  She lived most of her life in Racine and worked for various companies as an executive assistant, most notably, at Surgitek International and the Racine Police Department.  She moved to Manitowoc, WI in 2003 to be with her son, James and his family.  In 2010 she moved to Columbus, OH to help her daughter Susan raise her daughters, Alexandra and Alana.  In 2017, she moved to Pinellas Park, FL where she lived with her Sister, Faith, until now.

Shirley was a devoted daughter, wife, mother and sister. She spent her life supporting her family.  She loved to play golf, and cards, cook, bake, shop, lay out in the sun and travel. She made the most out of retirement, gallivanting around the globe with her sister.  Together they visited countless countries, most recently, Morocco. Shirley was always supporting her grandchildren by attending countless baseball, softball, basketball and soccer games – never missing a graduation or any kind of event where she could support them.  She was loved by everyone.  She was the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful, selfless woman. She was always making sure everyone else was taken care of.  Shirley never missed a birthday, in fact she was usually the first to call to serenade the Birthday person.  She made sure to send cards for each and every holiday.  She spent her last weekend with her family in Carmel, IN where she met her first great granddaughter, Cara, at her baptism.
