Shirley Jean Warren-Wright, 51, was called Home by her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 5, 2009. She was born in Tupelo, MS on May 7, 1958 the daughter of the late Troy Warren and Margaret Reed. Shirley enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking, and watching T.V. The greatest pleasure came from the time spent with family and friends. Surviving are her husband, O.B. Wright; brothers and sisters, Sylvester (Melvinnie) /Scott, Lee Gillespie, Annie Scott, Alfreda Grays, Roy (Earlene) Scott, Ricky Warren, and Hattie (Jeff) Thomas; special niece, Chantel (Eugene) Jackson all of Racine. Shirley is further survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Maryann Warren. Her Homegoing Service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, July 11th, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jimmie Lockridge officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. A private burial service will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
