Dr. Terry O. Ehiorobo, passed away, unexpectedly, at his residence on Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was born in Nigeria on February 12, 1966, the son of Nathaniel and Elleth (nee: Palmer) Ehiorobo.
Recently, Dr. Ehiorobo was the Co-Principal at Waukegan School. From 2016 to 2017 he served overseas, as principal and school superintendent for the American International School. Previously, he worked as the Assistant Director of Education for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Prior to that position, he served as Special Education Director for the Milwaukee Public Schools. Dr. Ehiorobo taught at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He served as principal for a high school, middle school, and alternative school for the Racine and Kenosha school districts. He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall of Union Grove.
Dr. Ehiorobo earned his doctorate degree from National-Louis University in the area of educational leadership, a specialist degree from National-Louis University in the area of educational administration, masters of arts degree in educational leadership from Marian University, a masters of science degree in special education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Surviving are his sons, Maxwell Ehiorobo, of Durham, NC, and Liam Ehiorobo, of Kenosha; his father, Nathaniel Ehiorobo, in Nigeria; siblings, Orville Gordon, in Jamaica, Lorna (Karl) Salley, of Greensboro, NC, Nathaniel Ehiorobo, in Jamaica, Norman (Carese) Ehiorobo, of Madison, WI, and his sister-in-law, Anna Ehiorobo-Palmer, in Italy. Dr. Ehiorobo was preceded in death by his mother, Elleth, and two brothers, Eugene and Owen.
NOTE A CHANGE IN VENUE FOR THE SERVICE
Visitation will be in the funeral home on Friday, November, 8 th from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A celebration of his life will be held in the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 7333 Green Bay Rd., Kenosha, WI, on Saturday, November 9 th , at 4:00 PM. The family will provide refreshment for close family and friends afterwards.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the family, who will establish a memorial in his name.
