Mr. Terry Golden, age 65, of Racine, lost his life due to his battle with cancer, on August 20, 2022. Terry was born in Racine, Wisconsin, on March17, 1957, the son of the late Joseph and Willie Mae (nee: Bradoux) Golden. Terry was a lifelong of resident of Racine. He graduated from William Horlick High School in 1975. He last worked as a caretaker for Syl-Dan, Inc. Terry loved spending time with family and friends. He loved playing Spades. He was very compassionate, understanding and always put his family first. He was a devoted father of four children, two sons and two daughters: Terrence Golden, Jeremiah Golden, Terra Sanders and Sisaly Golden. His stepchildren include Sherille Sanders, Tequana Sanders, LeVar Carter, Tremaine Carter, Greg and Sonia (nee: Rojas) Sanders. In addition to his children and stepchildren, he leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Cheryl Golden (nee: Wheeler); his brothers, Herman Folsom, Stevie Golden; his sisters, Caroline Golden, Sherrell Solomon; special friends, Gloria Griffen and Dara Sanders; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Terry was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers and sisters, William Golden, Steven Golden, Lula Mae Golden, Sammy Golden, Naomi Anderson, Ronnie Golden, Johnny Golden, Stephanie Golden, Anthony Golden, Joseph Golden, Jerome Golden, and Thurman Golden. Terry will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His Homegoing Services will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home with Apostle Tina Chambers officiating. There will be a visitation in the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.

His Homegoing service will be held on Tuesday,  August 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery.  A visitation will take place on Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
