Terry T. Lewis, 74, born June 2, 1942 died May 8, 2017. Surviving are his loving wife, Janet; their children, Thomas (Kim) Lewis, and Cori (Dave) Wiedholz; four grandchildren, Ashley (Matt) Knight, Andrew (friend, Faazia) Garcia, Mikala Lewis, and Lauryn Wiedholz; two great-granddaughters, Lyla and Evelyn Knight; and son-in-law, Jacob Garcia. Terry was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Florence Lewis and his great-granddaughter Madisyn Knight.

Service Details

His funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1525 Erie St., on Monday, May 15 ^th , at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Steven K. Varghese officiating. Visitation will be in the church on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the Mass. Private burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials have been suggested to the Bethany House or your favorite charity.
