Thea Vitani Louise Castrovillari, 5 months, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Children's Hospital of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She was born on April 24, 2018 to Ashlee Tumlinson (Harlib) and Tyler Castrovillari. Thea was born 15 weeks premature and fought fiestly for her life. Though she spent her entire life in the hospital, Thea enjoyed spending time with her parents, sister, and nurses. She loved being read her favorite book, Giraffes Can't Dance, listening to her sound machine, and playing dress up with her bows. Thea enjoyed when she got tummy time and when she had her paci.
Thea will be greatly missed by her parents Ashlee Tumlinson (Harlib) and Tyler Castrovillari; her big sister Rishka Tumlinson; her big brother Christopher Castrovillari; Grandparents Amy and Scott Petersen, Barbie and Scott Harlib, Dawn and John Richter; Great Grandmother Mercedes Gier; Uncles and aunts Tony Castrovillari, Paul Gier, Daniel and Ashley Harlib, Dakota Harlib and Laural Mosher, Michael Petersen, and David Petersen; Cousins Daniel and Angel Diaz, Jacen and Sophia Harlib; and a number of other relatives not named.
Thea was preceded in death by her Great Grandfathers, Dominick Castrovillari and Clyde Wells; Great Grandmother Phyllis Wells and Great Great Grandmother, Madge Englund.
A Celebration of Thea's life will be held at Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church , 1700 S. Green Bay Road on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Visitations will start at 11:00 am followed by a memorial service at 12:00 pm. Children are more than welcome.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Children's Hospital and The Ronald McDonald House for all their love and support. "You both have made our time spent up there less stressful and more at home, we are deeply grateful for everything you do for families in these tough situation."
