Tina Mae Hodges, 85, of Racine,WI was called Home by her Loving Savior, on Sunday, June 8, 2025.Tina was born in Pontotoc, MS on September 21,1939, the daughter of the late J.B. Bean and Ada B (nee: Montgomery) Griffin. Tina was employed for many years with S.C. Johnson and Sons retiring with over 25 years. She was a member of the JMBA 20 year club.She found Christ at an early age. She was a member of Wayman A.M.E. Church.
Left to cherish her memories are her children, Gwen Hodges of Racine,WI Rodney Hodges of Waipahu, HI, Mary (Larry) Mack of Augusta, GA and daughter-in-law, Vivian Hodges, of Augusta,GA; grandchildren; Toccara Jacobs, Tiarra (Thomas) Hodges-Myers, Antoine Wilson, Antonio (Jayden) Hodges Sr.,and Romello Mason; Great-grandchildren, Jaeden Bullock, Zaria Jacobs, Antonio Hodges Jr., Ahlayah Hodges, Ashton Hodges, Zulian Hodges, Mckenzie Hodges, Jacori Hodges, Amir Myers, Ava Myers, Asha Myers, Nassor Mason and Lamello Mason; Siblings: Charles Griffin, Robert R.(Nell) Griffin, Cleaveland Griffin, Dorothy Rae Griffin, Dorothy Mae Howell, Willie B Johnson, Homer (Mae Lee) Bean, Linda (Paul) Moore, Dorothy Nell Bean, Vernell (Wayne) Williams, Glenda Gordon, and Danny Gordon, Brother in-law Reinaldo Walker, Special cousins: Sara (John) Clay Sr., Billy W. In addition to her parents Ms Hodges was proceeded in death by former husband U.S "Tad" Hodges, Brothers: Willie Griffin, Robert Jr. Griffin, Stanley Griffin, Grady Bean, Leonard Gordon, Anthony Bean, Sisters; Ernestine Walker, Ada Mae (Pat) Griffith, Emma Jean (Reuben) Hodges and Wilma Griffin Special Cousins; Fairy Lee Carodine, Roosevelt "John" Moore, Willie Delane (Amelia) Moore, and Zoria Lee Vance-Epps
Her Homegoing Service will be held In the funeral home on Friday, June 20 th , at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park.
