Walter Glass Sr., 63, was called Home by his Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 18, 2009. Walter was born in Rosedale, MS on December 20, 1945 the son of the late Ashley and Lettie (nee: Jackson) Glass. Walter had been employed by the Eaton Dynamatic Corp. for over 29 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his 2 sons, Walter Glass Jr. and Myron Glass both of Kenosha; 12 grandchildren, brothers, sisters and brothers, Ruthie Hawkins of Racine, Lenora Glass, Rosa Lee Glass, Dennis Glass and Sam Glass all of Chicago; former wife Eloise Jenkins of Warren, AR; aunts, Cora Foster of Kenosha, and Viola Brown of Phoenix, AZ; special friend Marlon Petty of Kenosha. Other relatives and friends further survive him. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his uncle Nathaniel Foster. His Homegoing Service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, April 24th at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Friday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service with Rev. Charlene B. Mills officiating. . Burial will follow in Green Ridge Cemetery.
