Obituary

Westley J Hargrove Sr., 74, went to sleep in death on Saturday, April 7, 2007, surrounded by family and friends who deeply loved him. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, baptized on April 11, 1959, serving with the Sheridan Woods Congregation as an Elder up until his death. Surviving Westley are his devoted wife, Willa, his beloved Mother-in law Sallie Tucker of Racine, Sister-in law Anne Johnson of Racine, their children: Westley Jr of Minneapolis, MN, Renee of St. Paul, MN, Charles (Rosa) of Brooklyn Center, MN, Colin (Patricia), and Sally of Racine. Their Grandchildren: Nathaniel, Natalia, and Nehemia of Brooklyn Center, MN. Brothers, William (Sarah) of Philidelphia, PA, Frank (Edna), Walker ( Mary), Samuel Sr., James (Mary) all of Racine, and Sister, Nettie of Columbus, MS. Also surviving are the spiritually adoptive members of the Hargrove family, as well as many loving Nephews and Nieces, Cousins and many, many Friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings: Celia, Melvin, Jim, Virgil III, Junious, Joseph Thomas, Beatrice, Daisy and Isaac. Brothers and Sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and other family members. Westley's hope for the future included that of the resurrection. We will miss him deeply, but look forward to him answering the call when 'all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out…"-John 5:28 We also look forward to the time when 'no one will say I am sick'–Isa 33:24 A Memorial Service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3309 Kearney Avenue, on Friday, April 13, 2007, visitation with friends and family at 3 p.m., the service will begin promptly at 4 p.m. with Colin Scott officiating. The Family wishes to thank the ICU unit Nursing Staff and Respiratory Techs at the Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints Hospital, for their care and attention, and a special thanks to Dr. Bader for his excellent skills and direction. Also to Dr. Charles Thomas @ the Mayo Clinic respectively.
