MOUNT PLEASANT, WI (formerly of Chicago and Gurnee) – Bill J. Koch, 73, passed away at Ascension All Saints on January 17, 2022.

He was born in Chicago on May 20, 1948, the son of the late James and Dorothy (nee Rooney) Koch.  Bill graduated from Holy Cross High School in River Grove and the University of Illinois Chicago.

On July 30, 1988, he married Cheryl L. Jung.

Bill retired from Waterloo Industries in Oak Creek.  He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and spending time in the Upper Peninsula at their vacation home in Crystal Falls.  He also enjoyed motorcycle rides with family and friends and attending Mass at St. Lucy Catholic Church.

In addition to his loving wife Cheryl, Bill is survived by his sister and brothers, Kathy (Dennis) Lewandowski, Jim (Patty) Koch, Tom (Linda) Koch, John (Virginia) Koch, Dan (Leslie) Koch; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Brian (Anna) Jung and Cynthia Jung; as well as many dear nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, for a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.  A prayer service remembering, and honoring Bill's life will follow at 12:00 p.m.  You may also watch via live stream by clicking on this link at 12:00 p.m. https://youtu.be/Vt5DTFGpZT4 In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to St. Lucy Catholic Church.
