William J. Kowalsky II, 43, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, November 14, 2010. He was born in Racine on April 13, 1967.

Bill served his country with the U.S. Navy.

His memorial service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 24 ^th , in the chapel of the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, with Rev. Jeffrey M. Thielen officiating.
