Zephaniah Nicholas Obadiah Williams, age 17, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 at his residence.  A Celebration of His Life will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018, 6:00pm at Deliverance Crusaders Church, 1010 St. Patrick St., Racine, WI.  Visitation will be at the church from 4:00pm until the time of service.   Apostle Howard Fleming will be officiating.  Interment will take place on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Graceland Cemetery in Racine, WI at 12:00pm.  Please meet at the cemetery gate.
