Debra Ann Weathersby

Mar 16, 1957 – Apr 11, 2009

Debra Ann Weathersby, was called Home by her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 11, 2009. She was born in Chicago on March 16, 1957 the daughter of the late Andrew Thomas and Florence Robinson. Debra received Christ at an early age. She received her education in the Chicago Public Scholl System. Debra came to Racine in 1992. It was then she worked at Goodwill Industries for several years. Later she worked at General Converters and Assemblers. On May 29, 1997, here in Racine, she was united in marriage to her loving and supportive husband, Charles Weathersby. Debra was a loving and caring person. She enjoyed barbecuing for her family and friends. The greatest enjoyments in her life came from her children and grandchildren. Debra leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Charles; children, Tequila Robinson, Lavelle Robinson and Kevin Robinson, all of Racine; 11 grandchildren, bother, Andrew (Vicky) Thomas of Racine, sisters, Loudella (William) Schlitz of Racine and Reanetta Smith of Chicago, and brother-in-law Arthur Moore of Racine, and her very close friend Lucinda Donner. Her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survive her. In addition to her parents Debra was preceded in death by her youngest sister Pauline Thomas Moore. Her Memorial Homegoing Service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, April 17th at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jimmie Lockridge officiating. Relatives and friends can meet with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
