Carroll "Tony" Eugene Sharpe

Jul 18, 1944 – Feb 14, 2014

Mr. Carroll E. “Tony” Sharpe, Jr., 69, died at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie on Friday, February 14, 2014.  He was born in Gardner, Maine, on July 18, 1944, the son of the late Carroll Eugene “Bill” Sharpe and Jenny “Jane” (nee: Carney) Sharpe.  On April 24, 1965 he married Cheryl (nee: Domes) Sharpe.  Cheryl preceded him in death on June 2, 2014.

Tony was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses since he was a young boy. He most recently attended the Marina Shores Congregation.

Tony was known to tinker with household projects, especially ones that involved power tools.  He was also an animal lover and will be missed by his four-legged canine companion, Remi.

Tony leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Karen (Rogr) Clark both of Kenosha and Jeffrey (Lolita) Sharpe of Pleasant Prairie; his 8 grandchildren, Micah, Shelby, Jeffrey II, Jordan, Koa, Grayson, Daniel and Treylour; his mother, Jane Sharpe; siblings, Carole (David) Rose of Maine, Bonnie (Terry) Demerchant of Maine, Ron (Marcia) Sharpe of Montana; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his wife and father, Tony is preceded in death by father-in-law, Harvey Domes; mother-in-law, Inez Domes; brother-in-law, Spencer Domes; and granddaughter, Gyna Rea

A memorial service will take place at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses (7333 Green Bay Rd.) on Saturday, February 22, 2014, at 1:30 p.m.

The family wishes to thank the staff and volunteers o Hospice Alliance and the local congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
