~~ Family and friends are invited to meet at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 5:30 pm for the celebration of Paul’s life and memorial service with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. There will be time to meet with his family on Saturday from 3-5:30 pm. ~~Martha Ann McAtee, age 64, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay, WI.
Martha was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 2, 1950, the daughter of Willie Davis White and the late Sarah Ann (nee: Witherspoon) Canady. Her many interests included, playing bingo, music, watching movies, cooking, fishing, reading and she loved to make people laugh. Martha was a outgoing people person, who truly valued her relationships with close friends and treasured the time spent in the company of her family, whom she dearly loved. Martha had a heart of gold and she would do anything for anybody. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish Martha’s beautiful memories are her father; Willie D. McAtee, her children; Jeanette (Wayne) Morris, Keith McAtee, Kelly Willliams and Sarah (Ray) Jones, her siblings; Jackie Thomas, Joyce Mays, Annette Canady, Daisy Canady, Evelyn Canady, Hansel (Reola) Canady, Frank Canady, Shelia (Fraiser) White, Branda Jorden, Terry (Ollie) White, Kenny White and Andre (Essence) White, her beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren; longtime partner; Kevin Jones, as well as many dear nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. In addition to her mother and grandparents, she was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter; Donnasia Jackson, brothers; Tommy Stewart, Glen Canady, and Freeman Canady, her aunt; Mary Canady, as well as a brother in law; Plas Thomas.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home for a Celebration Of Her Life on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 4pm. Visitation will be held from 3pm until the time of service. Bishop Lawrence L. Kirby Sr will Officiate
