Racine – Chad Christopher Ronning, 39, met with his Lord and Savior on March 3, 2017. He was born in Brookfield on December 23, 1977, son of Darryl and Jill (nee: Faust) Ronning.

Chad graduated from Heritage Christian in New Berlin in 1996. He then received his Bachelor’s degree from Carroll College in 2000. Chad was united in marriage to Shari Leah Roehl on August 16, 2013.  He was an IT Project Manager for Teksystems in Brookfield.

Chad was an avid collector of many things including Legos and bobble heads. He also was a lifelong fan of the Star Wars Saga. Chad was a fun-loving guy and was adored by all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.

Chad leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Shari Ronning; daughter, Arya Ronning; sons, Jaiden Ronning, Lukas Ronning; step-son, Caden Roehl; parents, Darryl and Jill Ronning; in-laws, David (Becky) Roehl; brothers-in-law, Scott (Marie) Roehl, Mike (Val) Roehl, Danny Roehl; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.

Chad is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Elsie and Alois Faust, and paternal grandparents, Trygve and Narese Ronning.

A celebration of Chad’s life will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2017, 12:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road. Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials should be directed to Shari Ronning for a living tribute to be setup at a later time.

The family would like to say “Thank You” to Kory Geisser for her love and support during this difficult time.

You will be missed greatly, champ. Of all the times spent at your house and going out on adventures to working at Toys R Us, I shall miss the most. To Shari and the kids, Darryl and JIll, I’m so sorry for your loss and that he is in Heaven with our Heavenly Father no longer suffering in a glorified new body rejoicing with the angelic host. Really wish I could’ve been there at the wake, but work wouldn’t permit me to do so

    With much love and sympathy,

    Chad Bainbridge
