Racine – Olidean “Irish” Granger, age 88, passed away peacefully at Kenosha Estates on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
Olidean was born in Kenosha, WI on September 5, 1929 to the late Clinton and Hazel (Beardsley) Campbell. She was a member of Racine Bible Church.
Surviving are her sons, James P. (Karen) Vigeant and John Granger; boyfriend, Ron Buccanero; sons-in-law, Steve Nelson and Richard Halber; grandchildren, Andrew Vigeant, Michael (Vanessa) Vigeant, Christopher (Heather) Sanborn, Nikki Nelson and Michael (Tina) Nelson; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Elsie (Robert) Blaski, Lorraine (Louis) Pastori, and Janet (Richard) Oelke; brother-in-law Larry Bruch, nine nieces, eight nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Olidean was preceded in death by her beloved daughters, JoAnn Nelson and Valerie Halber; and sisters, Rosie (Bernie) Loughan, Diane Bruch , and Cherrie (Harold) Carey .
Funeral services will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 – 11:00 am.

I met Irish while visiting my Dad at Safe Harbour Homes, fell in love with her instantly. She could brighten up a room. She gave the best hugs, and I will miss her smile. She was an angel.
