MOUNT PLEASANT – Devin M. Robinson, 17, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018.
Devin was born in Racine on May 15, 2000, the son of Annette Smith and Orlando Robinson, Sr. He was a member of Christ Chapel Church Racine, WI. He went to school in the Racine Unified School District and was employed by Red Lobster. He had a passion for cooking, playing basketball, and making people laugh. He was a caring and outgoing person who will be greatly missed.
In addition to his mother, Annette Smith and father, Orlando Robinson, Sr., Devin is survived by, and will be dearly missed by, his paternal grandparents, Charlie and Belinda Robinson, his maternal grandfather, Vincent Price; his brothers, Javen Kostrzewa, Orlando Robinson, Jr., Korinthian Smith, Keilen Hicks; his sister, Latasha Robinson; his aunt, Amy Smith; his uncle, Tony Grieder and many other beloved family members, including: David Fletcher, Frank Hatchett, Jr., Arionna James, Deandre Smith, Tyrail Trussel, Lisa Sullivan, Pamela Smith, Renisha Murillo, Pastor Godfrey and Tara Campbell and Donovan James. Devin was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Carolyn Smith.
Family and friends are invited to meet at Christ Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (815 Park Ave) on Monday, April 23, 2018 for a visitation from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Devin’s life will be honored and his Homegoing will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor T.L. Howell officiating. His interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
