Racine – Devion S. Cosey, 25, received the promise of eternal life Tuesday, May 15, 2018 He was born in Racine Wisconsin on February 11, 1993 to Titania Cosey and Momawaldo Barker. Devion graduated from Washington Park High School and was a member of the class of 2012.

Devion loved playing basketball, bowling, playing video games & most importantly he loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a strong young man through his health issues. He never complained, even through his toughest days he still had the biggest smile and great sense of humor. He will always be remembered for touching many peoples lives.

Devion leaves to cherish his memories, Mom Titania Cosey, Brother Kevin (Keasha) Tye; Sister Sanovia (Paris Jr.) Barker; Grandparents Earnest and Sonja Blake, and James Barker; nieces and nephews Keviannah, Kailynn, and Kamora Tye, Paris III, Meah, and Maleah Cotton; best friends Jasmine & Maurice Colbert; many special aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Momawaldo Barker & grandmother Carol Ann Massey-Davis.

Homegoing services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018 with Rev. Frank James officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to visit in the funeral home beginning at 10:00 a.m.

    I had the privilege of being Devion’s occupational therapist at Mitchell Elementary. I will always remember Devion’s smile and how he would just light up the room! You could never have a bad day when you were around him! May prayers are with you.
