Lloyd Michael Bellaire

Service Details

A Memorial Service celebrating Lloyd’s life will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm. For those who wish, please come prepared with a memory or story to share at the service. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Kenosha – Lloyd M. Bellaire, age 56, passed away peacefully in his reclining chair at home on Tuesday,  August 28, 2018 following a 9-month battle with pancreatic cancer.
Lloyd was born in Racine on May 13, 1962 to Lloyd C. and Eunice D. (nee: Krueger) Bellaire. He was a graduate of William Horlick High School. Lloyd was employed as a maintenance supervisor for Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center in Racine, where he was awarded with the “Heart of the Hospital” trophy plaque for his dedication & loyalty, retiring in 2009. In retirement, he owned and operated Quality Auto & Truck Repair in Kenosha. Among his interests, Lloyd enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, demolition derbies, and visiting the beautiful woods of Northern Wisconsin. Above all, loved his family and was passionate about spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Surviving are his loving wife of over 32 years, Amy; their children, Rachael Bellaire, Ronnell Wilkerson, Heather Bellaire and Christopher (Christina Fapso) Bellaire; grandchildren, Matthew, Riley, Hayzel and Everlie; brothers and sister, Michael (JoLynn) Bellaire, Debra (Ralph) Luker and Jamison Bellaire; father, Lloyd C. Bellaire; in-laws, Rosemarie Gaudio and Frank J. DeLuca; brothers-in-law, Frank M. (Nancy) DeLuca, Steven P. DeLuca and Michael B. (Cindy) DeLuca; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends – too numerous to mention all by name. Lloyd was preceded in death by his mother, Eunice D. Bellaire and father-in-law Louis Gaudio Sr.

A heartfelt note of thanks to Dr. David Knight, Dr. Alfred Habel and staffs for their compassionate care & support given in Lloyd’s time of need.

    Lloyd was always an inspiration. How he could rise above all yhat he did was truly a testament of God in his life.

    Our deepest condolences to Lloyds Family and Friends here on earth and be sure to know Dear Lloyd had Family and Friends there to greet him at Heavens door. I know my late son Bruce Westbrook Jr. (BJ) had respect and called Lloyd “Friend” .

    Oh, Amy! So very sorry to hear of Lloyds death. I just have no words. I remember when we all were in high school and used to ditch classes. We had so much fun together! I will always remember those carefree fun days. My heart goes out to u and your family. May God hold u in his hands and comfort u. Love you old friend. April.
