Service Details

His Homegoing Service will be held in All Nations Pentecostal Church, 1502 West 6th St., at 12:00 Noon, on Saturday. February 15th, with Pastor Roger Carson and Pastor Virginia Lackey officiating. Visitation will be at the church on that Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Emmanuel D. Williams Sr., 24, passed away at his residence, unexpectedly, following a medical accident. He was born in Racine on August 10, 1995 the son of Shurman Tubbs and Ruth Ann Williams. He was a graduate of J.I. Case High School. Emmanuel had been employed by Popeye’s Chicken and Burger King as well as other restaurants. His last job here in Racine was a cook at Olive Garden.

Emmanuel was the baby of five and always made that known. He was always a free spirit wanting to experience life and all it had to offer. He was a naturally happy person always looking for the positive in everything and everybody. Emmanuel was proceeded in death by his grandmothers Margaret Hunt and Vera Tubbs. Also is uncles David Williams and Melvin Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Emmanuel Williams Jr. of Racine; parents, Ruth Ann Williams, of St. Paul, MN, and Sherman (Randney) Tubbs, of Moline, IL; sister, Lushonna (Marcus) Brown, of St. Paul, MN; brothers Garrell Ford, Ronald Ford, and Davontae Gray, all of Racine; youngest brother, Sherman Tubbs Jr.  of Moline, IL; three nieces, Janasia Thomas, Javerionna Ford, and Miricle Brown. Emmanuel is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
