Mrs. Jeana C. Herron-Bodden entered this world on April 27th, 1968, to the late Beverly and Clayton Bogan Jr. in Racine, WI. Her beautiful spirit gained wings and was called to eternal life on April 20, 2020, at age 51.  Her marriage to her loving husband, Morris Bodden on July 1, 2006, was one of her most treasured life events.

Jeana, I Thank God for you being in my life. He makes NO MISTAKES!!!
For a second you were flying Like you always wanted to. Now you’ll fly forever
In skies of azure blue. We’ll see your smile in every ray Of sunshine after rain
And hear the echo of your laughter Over all the pain. The world’s a little quieter now.
The colours have lost their hue. The birds are singing softly And our hearts are missing you!
Each time we see a little cloud
Or a rainbow soaring high, We’ll think of you and gently Wipe a tear from our eye. (By Victoria Bruce).
    Love You Cousin, Elaine.

    Dear Family Members and Friends:

I am very sorry to learn of Jeana’s passing. From her obituary and the loving memories posted, she demonstrated that it’s not how long you are on this Earth that matters, it’s what you do with the time and talent that God has given you. Clearly, Jeana used her time and talents to positively impact a number of lives across the country.

I will keep her family in my thoughts and prayers .

    Love,
    Your cousin

I am still in denial over your passing without any family with you: in Light of the fact that you and Michelle provided intensive care of your mother during her health decline. I am having a difficult time coping with both your mother and now your passing in less than ten months. I believe that you fought the good fight, but your heavenly wings were waiting. Say Hello to your family up there and I still Love And Miss You.

    Jeana,
You are loved by so many for your love, strength, and kindness, but there was so much more that only a few in the family are aware. You know Ann and I were especially close cousins frequently talking until the wee hours of the morning. You NEVER denied her requests to drive to Chicago to see about my Mom (your great Aunt Goldie) and my sister Gwen in long-term care nursing home for several years. The two of you came when I was sick or couldn’t travel.
It’s especially heart breaking that I’ve lost both of you so soon, but God needed you to rest in His arms. I’m comforted in faith knowing that you are with all of our family angels in everlasting peace, love, and joy. I’ll see you ALL again.
    Love you always cousin,
