In accordance with Racine County mandate, only 50 people will be allowed to enter the funeral home at a time. You may be required to wait outside until others leave the building. Racine, WI – CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH JOHNSON, AGE 41, PASSED AWAY UNEXPECTEDLY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2020. HE WAS BORN ON OCTOBER 11, 1978 TO WILLIE J. JOHNSON AND JENNIE (NEE: MCWHORTER) JOHNSON IN RACINE, WI. HE WAS A 1997 GRADUATE FROM PARK HIGH SCHOOL; HE CONTINUED HIS EDUCATION AT GATEWAY TECHNICAL COLLEGE WHERE HE RECEIVED HIS ASSOCIATE DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.
CHRISTOPHER WAS A GOD-FEARING FAMILY MAN WITH A LOVING AND GENTLE SPIRIT. HE ENJOYED SPENDING TIME WITH HIS CHILDREN AND HIS FAMILY. HE LOVED SPEAKING AND SPREADING THE WORD WITH EVERYONE, PLAYING AND WATCHING SPORTS, GAMING WITH HIS COUSIN, TRAVELING WITH HIS LOVED ONES AND ATTENDING PARENT DAY IN SCHOOL.
HE LEAVES TO CHERISH HIS MEMORY, HIS PRECIOUS CHILDREN TWO SONS JESIAHN AND GAVRI’EL JOHNSON, AND DAUGHTER D’VORAH JOHNSON; HIS BELOVED MOTHER JENNIE JOHNSON; HIS BROTHERS KEVIN BEADLES, KERRY(MAGIC) AND LAWRENCE(LARRY) JOHNSON; HIS SISTER MAKINA JOHNSON; FIANCE CHEFON PERSON; SPECIAL NEPHEW ANTHONY JOHNSON AND A HOST OF LOVING AUNTS, UNCLES, NIECES, NEPHEWS, COUSINS, OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS.
HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS FATHER WILLIE J. JOHNSON; HIS PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS WILLIE JOHNSON SR. AND ERNESTINE JOHNSON; HIS MATERNAL GRANDPARENTS DANIEL AND LOUELLA MCWHORTER.

Chris I remember so many great times. I remember when you were 2 years old standing out on the porch with your onesies pjs on,& saying words. Everything always seems like yesterday and so familiar when a loved one is gone away from one another. To the johnson family whom has been my family , you are in my deepest prayers 🙏🏿.
