I was 10 when I witnessed my first wedding between my uncle James and Aunt Mary. Standing with my cousins in the house where they lived, I heard the couple say “I do” to Rev. Walter’s “do you take…” Throughout his life, James always spoke words of wisdom and encouragement. I thank God for his life and the example he left for us all to follow about being faithful and consistent. His earthly journey is ended. But, his memory lives on with each of us whose lives he touched! His touch made each of us better.
